Why we operate this way
We curate each piece with exceptional care and source inventory that meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity. Because many of our items are rare, limited, or one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or facilitate exchanges once a sale is complete.
Before you purchase
We encourage you to review all product photography, condition notes, measurements, and authentication documentation thoroughly before placing an order. Our team is available to answer questions, provide additional imagery, or arrange a video inspection prior to purchase.
Condition & authenticity
All items are described accurately and authenticated prior to listing. Condition details - including any signs of wear, original packaging, or accessories - are disclosed in each product listing. We stand behind the accuracy of our descriptions.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its listing description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution at our sole discretion.
Chargebacks & disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with full documentation of the transaction and this agreed-upon policy.
Order cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment processed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
